116 ACCUMULATOR FOLDER

The Model 116 is a tabletop accumulator folder placed in line with a bottom feed vacuum sheet feeder. The vacuum feeder feeds the pre-collated sets, one sheet at a time, to the accumulator. The accumulator folder will count and gather a predetermined number of sheets up to a total of 6 sheets letter fold or 10 sheets half fold. The complete sets are then advanced to the folder. The heavy-duty folder section is equipped with a fold roller gap set system. This feature makes it capable of handling variable number of sheets with a simple adjustment. The two fold plates will produce letter, half, zee or double parallel folds.
