Developed to process confidential documents: i.e.; insufficient funds, late payment and overdraft notices, in line. Traditionally, financial institutions process this data in window envelopes on inserters. Profold's in line system, installed in one of the biggest U.S. banks, allows them to use a folded-in-half 4" x 6" postcard, tabbed on three sides for security. The finished postcards now qualify for USPS automated rate discounts, thereby drastically reducing postage costs. Profold's in line folding and tabbing system pays for itself within four to six months based on achieved savings in postage, labor and automated handling.
