The Profold model AT-50 Air Transport Base features a patented innovative high-volume, low-pressure air system that provides an extremely quiet and stable platform for transporting a wide variety of product. The AT-50 transport is available in four, six and ten foot lengths. Powerful vacuum force from 750 to 1500 cubic feet of air per minute, depending on table length, is generated by a series of fans. Unlike vacuum pumps, the fans are less likely to be damaged by spills and require minimal maintenance and not filters.

Two wide belts with dense hole patterns provide maximum suction and ensures quality image resolution at all operating speeds up to 70,000 pieces per hour.* The AT-50 is an ideal base for ink jet imaging, gluing, labeling, tipping and other applications that require a stable operating surface.

The AT-50 is fully modular and can be integrated with other equipment to build an in-line multitasking system. The AT-50 pass line height can be adjusted quickly and easily to match the pass line of in-line equipment.
