Solution: The addition of Profold's vision system enhances the capable CPS3050 Basic system with inspection and validation for a competitive edge. With a CPS 3050 Vision System the ProStar Controller will verify printed PIN, the bar code, of other ID printed information against your database for accuracy. The system will also measure the placement of Scratch Off or other labels to ensure that secure information is covered properly and that the label is not skewed. The Profold Vision System can be set to check any number of standard or user-defined verification or placement parameters. If an error is detected, the ProStar Controller will automatically mark the faulty card, then make and reorder a replacement. Replacement cards are placed in a separate bin and the operator can replace the marked cards with the new card or cards that were remade. This system makes it easy for the operator to track faulty cards, and ensures the integrity and security of card data. The ProStar Controller keeps accurate records of all transactions so you can issue reports to send with the job to your customer or for internal accounting.
