Professional card manufacturers and printers need a cost effective solution that will check the accuracy of production and not risk sending any bad or duplicate cards to the customer. It is one thing to produce cards at a high rate but it is another to be assured of their accuracy.

Solution: Profold has designed a system that does not require the customer to purchase a new system for each new application. The CPS 3050 Basic System comes standard with Profold's patent pending Horizontal Feeder, a Universal Labeler (unique to the market place), and our labor-saving sorting bins. The feeder can be loaded with up to 3500 CR-80's, then the cards are personalized with an inkjet and labeled at a rate of 30,000/hr. Our Universal Labeler is capable of applying not only scratch-off, but mag-stripes, signature panels, or any number of other label types with webs up to .75"- all with minimal adjustment. Finally, the four-bin sorting unit allows an operator to clear cards from one bin while another is filling without interrupting operation.
